Prof. Anna Rotkirch 現任芬蘭家庭聯合會（Väestöliitto）人口研究所主任、赫爾辛基大學研究教授，長期致力於低生育、家庭政策與性別議題研究，並曾主持歐盟跨國研究計畫、主導芬蘭人口白皮書之撰寫，其研究成果對歐洲家庭政策與生育政策具有深遠影響。

Prof. Anna Rotkirch, a world-renowned scholar in population and family policy, has been invited as the Keynote Speaker for the 2026 Population Association of Taiwan (PAT) Annual Conference. In addition to her keynote address at the main conference, We are privileged to host Prof. Rotkirch for a special Campus Academic Lecture at NYCU (Yangming Campus) on Thursday, April 23rd.

Prof. Rotkirch serves as the Director of the Population Research Institute at Väestöliitto, Finland.
